Taking a break from the daily chores, I popped into Second Life to visit dj Space Grelling and his lovely partner, Harriet Westbrook. DJ Space was spinning at alt7, a popular indie music venue.



A nice party of friendly avatars were dancing to the contemporary tunes of indie and alternative artists.



I heard The Libertines, Dirty Pretty Things, Elvis Costello, Menswear, Squeeze and others from the dj booth. Cool for cats .... woot!

There's the shout! It's party time at Dance4Life and dj DDirty Adamczyk from Southern California was spinning. Woot!





We arrived to a packed house of partying avatars for dj DDirty's signature party tunes.











I saw Mareabella Magic, co-owner of Dance4Life partying on the dance floor looking hawt! Gauge Carter, the other owner was dancing on the dj booth keeping DDirty company.

SoCal in da house tonight! Friday night is tuneeeeees!

Woot! It's Friday night and I am ready for some dancing. OMG! Sneaky Krugman is spinning a pure party set at Erotic City tonight. ... just like old times on the grid.






Dressed in silver, I was blinging to the party music and watching real life dj Sneaky on a video stream above the booth. Erotic City is owned by special friends from my old clubbing days!









Sneaky was dancing as he is always partying on the floor. Sooo fun! Lots of old memories flashed by as I remembered listening to him spin three years ago... gawd I am an old avie now. LOL!

The idea that a club or any venue could last for four years in Second Life is a remarkable achievement... even in real life!





CosmoPecan Kawabata is the owner of The City Bar A club dedicated to rhythm and blues, the place is sophisticated and honors black artists in this genre.






DJ Marjorie Dibou was spinning a chill set of tunes while chatting to the audience in voice. She told stories and kept us all involved.





The place was packed and all I could see was a sea of gray avatars. Sigh... at least the music was very cool. I just closed my eyes and enjoyed the tunes. Mmmm... woot!

Sunday evening and the holidays are finally over. I am actually looking forward to having a regular week of work coming up! LOL!









So tonight, we are at The Savoy Jazz Club dancing to dj Cataplexia Numbers set of contemporary jazz mixed in with jazz oldies done by newer artists.






Her catalogue is sophisticated and she shares her knowledge of the music readily. A beautiful setting, great music and I am finally relaxed after a most hectic celebratory season!
