THE A LIST! had a party last night that included some of the best dj's on the Second Life grid. If we had had more days, we could have included all the music makers in our group!











Xavier rezzed an old build from 2006 on my region, RiverLand. The cave was originally an extension of a larger build from a long ago club that he owned.






We invited our friends and group members to celebrate both Xavi's birthday and THE A LIST! one year anniversary in 2010.

infinite art gallery opening in second life

A new art gallery has opened at the Belleair Island sim. Infinite Art Gallery is presented by Cate Infinity. Tonight, on the rooftop of the gallery, a grand opening featuring artful music reflecting the avant garde art inside.






Pan Tripsa started the party with his signature dark psy. His musical art soared through the sky lending an ominous air to the dark art in the gallery.






MoShang Zhao was next with his ambient music capping the surreal evening with his electronic weaving of sounds.






Big thanks to Cate Infinity for bringing this beautiful gallery to the grid. Art is alive! Go experience it puppies! Woot!

The idea that a club or any venue could last for four years in Second Life is a remarkable achievement... even in real life!





CosmoPecan Kawabata is the owner of The City Bar A club dedicated to rhythm and blues, the place is sophisticated and honors black artists in this genre.






DJ Marjorie Dibou was spinning a chill set of tunes while chatting to the audience in voice. She told stories and kept us all involved.





The place was packed and all I could see was a sea of gray avatars. Sigh... at least the music was very cool. I just closed my eyes and enjoyed the tunes. Mmmm... woot!

Sunday evening and the holidays are finally over. I am actually looking forward to having a regular week of work coming up! LOL!









So tonight, we are at The Savoy Jazz Club dancing to dj Cataplexia Numbers set of contemporary jazz mixed in with jazz oldies done by newer artists.






Her catalogue is sophisticated and she shares her knowledge of the music readily. A beautiful setting, great music and I am finally relaxed after a most hectic celebratory season!
