We had to go and check out Jake's Club Resort's Haunted House or haunted maze as you will see. We had just been over to Jake's Zombie Land party, but didn't get a chance to see the spook house.








You enter and walk through a maze of delightful spooky things.








Each room has a theme or a purpose. Sometimes it takes you to the iconic haunted house themes and other times you will be sent outside into a graveyard.








Gorey, bloody and sometimes whimsical, the images dart out and disappear. The rooms are filled with gruesome creepiness, and it is all in good fun!











Baz Ceawlin is the builder here. He has done an incredible job of imagination and execution. Most haunted houses on the grid can be seen rather quickly, but this one took us an hour. We enjoyed each room and clicked on everything!














If you only have time for one haunted house, go check this one out. It is easy to navigate and loads quickly. Take a date and hold hands... because you will be scared! Boooooooo!

We stopped off at Jake's Club Resort to get a pre-Halloween party. Zombie Land was happening tonight with everyone dressed in ghoulish, bloody attire.




I saw entrails hanging out of bellys, slashed and ripped skin, missing eyeballs, and the walking dead.



Oh yes, FUN! There is never a want for a good time at Jake's parties. Each party is carefully built to fit a theme and everyone participates.



The pictures do not do justice as each avatar was dressed to kill! (Pun intended, lol!)



We will be back for more next week at their official Halloween Spooktacular!



... hmmm should i be a ghoul? or a death princess? or an evil clown? (gotta go shopping!)

A gorgeous Japanese-themed setting was built over at Jakes Club Resort. Climbing the wooden stairs through the door and suddenly the world changes to Japan.






A beautiful stream with Koi fish and a temple graced the background. We walked over the bridge into a Japanese wonder.










Godzilla made an appearance without Mothra, but that overgrown lizard sure could dance! LOL!









Everyone was in kimonos! What a great party! A beautiful Saturday night in Second LIfe with good music and fun spirits! Woot! Thank you Jake and Baz!

Time for a nice dj set by Syriana Paine. Oh, I can hear the boys now with their critiques on movies, music and fashion. It's time for partying outdoors at Jakes Club Resort!



DJ Syriana was spinning a lot of favorites including Gloria Gaynor's "I will Survive." Gawd, that song is the anthem for all of us SL'ers! LOL!



The lyrics of that song are epic. I sang along and thought of the many times I have said, "... I will survive..." Yah!






And now, boys and girls... it's time to party 2010 style! Woot!

Congratulations to Jakes Club Resort for two years on the Second Life grid.









The 2nd anniversary was celebrated in a fun and celebratory way with the trappings of an old fashion carnival.












The red and white striped big top was erected over a dirt dance floor with hosts JakeC Hotshot and his partner Baz Ceawlin watching over the day long party.















We came in just in time to hear dj Syriana Paine. The party was still going strong in the wee hours of the night. Congratulations!
