There is a ballet company in Second Life called Ballet Pixelle, owned by Inarra Saarinen. The productions have been sometimes challenging as each dancer is not on a pose ball but an animation designed specifically for this dance.

Lag today was quite tolerable but I fear that is because of the date, Wednesday, November 2nd.

So nice... dancing with my baby again! That's right... we are back on the Second Life grid again.

Tonight, we stopped off at PeKashee for a romantic dance to dj Bodenhall's cool, smooth tunes of RnB, Blues, Jazz and Lounge music.



I missed my baby very much in this place called Second Life... so glad to have him in my arms again!

THE A LIST! - Borked Communications!

Hello everyone! Just want to say how difficult posting has been recently for the group, THE A LIST! The new updates to the viewer have been a bit borky for me. My notices are not showing up at my desktop when I am online. They sporadically show up in my email offline, but even there, I am missing quite a few.



When I am online, the notices will come and then some are missing, so posting up to FaceBook has been problematic as I am trying to post for each notice.

Also, as a reminder, I want to let everyone know that only 420 characters are allowed on status post. Make sure you include the slurl or at least the region and the coordinates (that takes less characters than the long slurl). And, I don't want to get into notecards as many of us will not open an unknown link on Facebook! Nooooo! LOL!



Anyway, please have patience as the grid works out the problems within groups and communications for THE A LIST! . I am sometimes not receiving notices... even when I am in-world! So, please do not feel that we are slighting you in any way.

Sigh... the grid is morphing and updating and changing. We will be patient as the LR brings the grid up to speed with all our group needs and communications.

Tone Uriza performs traditional and contemporary blues with his voice and guitar. His music has been heard regularly in Second Life since February 2007 and is available on CD from his website at:http://www.tonystorpedoes.com/

Tony Uribe aka Tone Uriza is a 29 year veteran of the Tucson, Arizona blues scene. He has a developed an eclectic style of blues drawing from the traditional & contemporary blues styles of the last century. He covers other blues artist only with the intent of bringing more blues and it's rich history to the world. An ambassador if you will, Tone loves spreading the blues wherever he can. Often taking short pauses during a performance to educate and inform his audience on the music he loves so dearly. As you can imagine there is a lot of heart, soul, and feeling in a Tone Uriza performance. As well as a musical passion, Tone also has a passion for technology and the internet. A long time digital electronics tech since 1979, Tone is equally at home behind a computer as he is behind his guitar.

Fighting lag and technology, the fans come out in droves to hear their favorite musicians.



The support for music of all kinds is a major draw to this virtual world!

Popular dj Cataplexia has a wonderful music catalogue and plays at The Savoy Jazz Club and other venues on the grid. She is also an accomplished artist.




Listening to her set is musically interesting in that, she mixes classic jazz and lounge music with the contemporary artists who are covering them. Indie artists covering the classics will surprise your listening ear.




Her sets are always a pleasure to hear, and both of us (Xavier and Raftwet) enjoy them very much!
